Day 171: Unfolding the movie

I’m really excited about the amazingly positive response I’ve received so far regarding the making of the motion picture based on the Win Win World Tour. I’m in conversation with an American producer as well as a couple of movie makers in Sweden. Here I’m sharing parts of an e-mail conversation to let you in on the current thought process.

A part of my answer to an adorable American producer

“I’m from Sweden, have been on the road (Sweden, USA, Mexico, Canada, Ireland) since the beginning of May this year and am right now in Brisbane, Australia (until Dec 21st).

Timeline
I’m traveling from May 2009 – Dec 2010 (=610 days) meaning that the end of the journey, hence the end of the movie, will occur the 31st of Dec 2010.

Outline
* set goal
* pack a bag, give away all of my belongings & go
* interact with people I meet on the way
* look for solutions and possibilities to reach the goal
* collaborate with people to make it happen
* by the Dec 31st 2010 I’m directing $100 000 towards
projects empowering millions of people spread across
all of our continents

Budget
Started close to zero.
[it's went up & down]
Now have appr. AUD $300.

My role
I plan to live the movie and see two possible ways to proceed.
1: doing it the Paper Heart Movie style (mixed documentary & dramatized movie) with me in front of the camera (shooting while it’s happening)
2: creating a script based on the journey from the documentation I have collected up until now and what’s collected further on. Professional actors starring.

I don’t have any acting experience.

My suggestion
The best things is probably to do both. Create a documentary showing all that’s going on while it’s happening + making a dramatized motion picture that’ll reach a broader audience and touch more hearts into inspired action.

I’m already recording video clips with my phone. I’m blogging about what’s going on, I save e-mails & texts and I journal every now and then.

Therefore the suggestion is that I set up my blog in a different way and become even more active there. That’ll capture the documentary part of it.

My hearts desire
What I focus on now, with all of my heart, is to find out and to proceed with what is required to create a motion picture.

I’m certain that the whole journey, with its ups and downs, contains a story that will touch peoples heart when told in a professional way.

I hope my answers bring some clarification and I’ll be glad to answer more questions via mail or on our call.”
